Dr. Nevonda V. Jackson is a pharmacist and certified etiquette consultant serving the Memphis metro and surrounding areas. She works in a dual role as both an outpatient and hematology clinic pharmacist at a world-renowned pediatric hospital. In this capacity, she dedicates herself to improving the lives of children and their families through compassionate care and expertise.

When she is not in her white coat, Dr. Jackson is inspiring others to live more confidently and elegantly through etiquette education. As the founder of Social Graces Academy of Etiquette, LLC, she brings a modern and relatable approach to the timeless art of manners, presence, and polished living. Her workshops, both virtual and in-person, help children, adults, and professionals elevate their self-presentation, communication, and overall social grace.

Her mission is simple yet profound: to help others become the best versions of themselves—personally, professionally, and socially. She believes etiquette isn’t about being stiff or outdated—it’s about self-respect, confidence, and treating others with dignity and kindness.

As a fun fact, Dr. Jackson is also an independent wine consultant for a boutique winery in Napa, California. Her love of refinement extends to entertaining, fine dining, and of course—delicious wine.

Dr. Jackson is married to the love of her life, Lt. Larry Jackson of the Shelby County Fire Department. Together, they have three wonderful sons—Jaylen, Kaleb, and Langston—each of whom embodies the values of respect, courtesy, and gentlemanly behavior.

When she isn’t teaching or consulting, Dr. Jackson enjoys elegant living herself. She is active in her Sorority, a lover of travel, afternoon teas, fine dining, candle making, and quality time with her family.
